A while ago, I was invited by Alex Alvarez, founder of Gnomon, to record a making of and shot breakdown of Worms at Gnomon workshop, in Hollywood. This resulted in 10 hours of footage covering the entire production and post production of Worms. Now the very special 4-disc set is finally released! It’s presented in a gorgeous packaging. Here it is!

Worms won Best Music Video at the Cyprus International Film Festival!

I just started my new position at Gnomon, School of Visual Effects in Hollywood. At Gnomon I will work on my new Music Video White Swan in collaboration with Gnomon students. For me this is a great way to speed up my production process and work with some of the amazing talents at the school.

For Sensation – the world leading dance event held every year in the Amsterdam Arena – I directed and executed a series of underwater shots.

The footage has been edited in to a special trailer to promote the international shows. The trailer announces the Prague edition. I am not responsible for the trailer edit or concept.

After they saw the underwater sequence I did for Worms, I got a call from Sensation – the world’s leading dance event held every year in the Amsterdam Arena.

For the 2008 underwater theme I was approached to direct and do post production work on an underwater shoot. The footage already played on the festival Juli 5th, and will now play on the international versions of the festival (the show will be staged in Melbourne, St. Petersburg, Dusseldorf, Madrid, Prague, Santiago, Riga, Copenhagen, Antwerps among others)

The footage is now edited in to a special trailer to promote the international shows.

After an exhausting 5 night shoot in a dead Cole Mine in Belgium, the production for White Swan wrapped. White Swan is now going in to the edit and post production.

Worms is included in the Dutch Animation Tour 2008, which will premiere tonight in Amsterdam and then play in cinema’s throughout the Netherlands. The tour also visit’s theaters in Poland. There it premieres April 23 in the Museum of Modern Art in Warsaw.
