White Swan just won Best Music Video at the HDFest event. Check out the list of winners here. Congratulations to my wonderful crew!

I just landed my new position at Digital Domain! I now live and work in Venice, Los Angeles, just half a block from the ocean. Digital Domain is a well known post production company, in fact, they won the Oscar for best Visual Effects for Benjamin Button in 2009. Digital Domain represents me in North America, France and the Netherlands as a Creative Director.

Here’s a fresh blend of what’s been going on lately;

White Swan won 2nd Prize in the Dutch Music Video competition at the Shoot Me Film Festival in the Hague, the Netherlands.

The September issue of Shots Magazine featured an interview and included a DVD with some of my work. The August edition of CG Magazine China also featured an interview and DVD.

Meanwhile White Swa hit festivals in London, Amsterdam, New York and Los Angeles and gathered over 250.000 views online.

Made In Arnhem is an art festival organized every other year in Arnhem, the Netherlands.

For the arthouse theater I selected a film program and gave a presentation & master class.
Additionally, White Swan and some props are exhibited in the Museum of Modern Art as part of the exhibition Today it’s me.

Gnomon, School of Visual Effects organized the Premiere of White Swan.
After the premiere I presented a making of where I was joined by 4 members of my crew.
The event concluded with the opening of an exhibition of my work at the Gnomon Gallery.
